Velofix partners with MYSL for onsite ski waxing

Velofix (www.velofix.com) will be onsite at Wirth Park in Minneapolis (main chalet parking lot) to provide glide wax service for your skis. You can reserve a spot or walk up with your youth and/or adult skis for a basic glide wax application. $10 for skiers under 16. $15 for skiers over 16. Glide waxing is important maintenance for your skis and keeps you smiling as you glide along on the snow.

MYSL welcomes MyXC Central Youth Ski Leagues

This is a cooperative effort between MYSL and CXC (Central Cross County) to bring fantastic youth programming to all kids in the Central Region.

Clubs throughout the Central Region are now able to join under the MyXC banner. Let the fun begin. Details on our core programming options (SkiSparks and Skiwerx) are detailed HERE.

Regisration will open in early October (no earlier than October 10th).  Many MYSL SkiSparks Clubs fill up, so you will want to register promptly. Club Rental Equipment is even more limited, so you will want to register ASAP (have your childs, height, weight and shoe size ready). Club rentals are for kids only and waxless (fishscale) skis unless noted. Skis can only be rented at the club that you hold your membership and you must participate fully in the club.

The MYSL Refund policy allows for refunds up until the ski club begins meeting. A $5 processing fee per membership will be retained. After the club starts meeting, there are no refunds. Weather sometimes causes a change in plans and no refunds are given for rescheduled, relocated or canceled sessions.

K Counter Deadline

The last day to ski and log kilometers will be Sunday March 6th. The Top Ten skiers from the SkiSparks and Skiwerx leader boards will be invited to the MYSL Awards Banquet on March 20th. Congratulations to all of the skiers that participated in the K Counter program.
